Hello, my name is Robin LeGrand and I want to thank you for your interest in A Nanny Connection, Inc.
Our primary goal is to provide the best possible in-home childcare for your family. We place particular importance on finding a Nanny with the skills and experience to suit your specific needs. Every prospective Nanny is interviewed and screened personally. We set no time limit for your selection of a Nanny. We will continue to arrange interviews until you feel you have found the Nanny that meets your family's needs. We understand how important it is for you to be selective. Our requirements for Nannies consist of a personal interview and a thorough screening process. This process includes: criminal background checks, finger printing, proof of eligibility to work in the United States, a minimum of three references, DMV record, CPR certification, and finally a TB test / chest X-Ray. We then provide you with all their information to aid in your selection. You are also able to contact the references.
